I want to thank Katie and Jenna at Jumpstart for taking such great care of me and my car. Katie helped me through the entire process of donating/scrapping my old vehicle. I had a new vehicle that had some issues that I didn’t understand and Jenna educated me the whole way. Katie made sure that I was getting exactly what I needed and within my budget. I was given nothing short of respect and honesty. At no point did I ever feel taken advantage of. I am proud to have given my business to such an incredible company.

We have had maintenance done on our vehicles here and they are very accommodating with our schedule. The work was done and we were informed of the overall condition of our vehicle and potential down the road maintenance which should prevent any surprises when it's time to have that work done.

Katie and her team are always personable and honest. I can trust that they are looking out for my best interests and give me heads up if there’s something that may need attention I’m the future but not necessarily right now. Like today, I was prepared for all new brakes but the back brakes still had about 30% left so they recommended replacing them later since they weren’t in need of replacing yet.

Someone drove to where I was waiting for help with my flat tire. The tire was removed, the "donut" put on, and the flat tire taken to the shop for testing and possible repair. It was a simple fix; the tire was back on my car the next day.
